If your order was marked as delivered and the address is correct, we recommend waiting a couple of days. Sometimes carriers scan a package as delivered before it actually arrives. It’s also a good idea to check with neighbours in case it was delivered to the wrong location. If the package is lost or stolen, you'll need to file a claim with the delivery service using the tracking info in your shipping email. Once a package is marked as delivered, our claims department doesn't have a way to replace missing or stolen items. 

We know tracking delays can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience. 

Usually, updates happen within two days, so we recommend giving it a bit more time. Sometimes, carriers miss a scan, causing a delay. 

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a couple of days, let us know – we’re here to assist and ensure everything’s on track. We have access to the same tracking information as you do after the package leaves our warehouse, but we're always happy to assist.

If your USPS tracking shows no updates, don’t worry – your package is on its way. USPS sometimes doesn’t scan packages until they reach their final destination.
